Project quotes are formulated on a per project basis and are valid for a specified time (indicated on estimate/ invoice). Updates are charged at an hourly rate. You can fill out my Quote Form to receive a quote for your project or needed update(s). If you wish to have your website maintained by me (webmaster position), a monthly, bi-monthly, or tri-monthly subscription based fee will then be discussed.
A maximum charge debt cap for additional work is implemented at $350 (not including down payments or milestone payments). This means that at any time an amount owed is greater than this amount, this minimum balance must be paid to avoid interruption of services.
Once an invoice has been sent out per mutual agreement, the current late payment grace period is 7 business days. After this period, services are halted and a late fee of $10/day is added to your next/final invoice.
Once your project is paid in full, you own the rights to the design itself and the implementation of the code, but not the code/design elements themselves. Source documents for design elements can be purchased at a predetermined percentage of your overall project cost no sooner than 30 days after completion. The purpose of this is to prevent unapproved modifications, thus misrepresenting the work I do. My portfolio is a representation of my work only.
ANY design or development work completed by myself that has not been paid for may not be used, in whole or in part, in any way, shape, or form.
Push-Threw-Designs is not responsible for any copyright infringement on the client's behalf. All image and content usage is the sole responsibility of the client. Push-Threw-Designs does not accept responsibility for content within a client's website in any way, shape, or form.
ALL logos and site credits that are placed on work done by Push-Threw-Designs shall remain in place & visible by this agreement and in contract.
If the work that has been completed is in accordance with all terms stipulated by contract or agreement, no refunds for any payments received can or will be made. This is also true in the event of mutual/non-mutual project termination.
After website/source files have been inactive for a period of 90+ days, a File Un-Archival fee is added to a single project invoice.
Refining my terms is an evolutionary process. The terms stipulated here can change at any time with or without notice.
When agreeing to work together, whether by contract, verbal agreement, or sending payment, you are agreeing to these terms, among other hardcopy terms (if applicable).
